I guess they're not finished. It's funny how taking pics of your models helps you notice things you forgot to paint/neaten up.

I really like those new Scions and you've done a nice job here. Are there many more to come or is this just a small contingent for your IG?

I have 5 more scions, gonna work on them this weekend. Also, since I didn't use the command squad bits so I bought 5 torsos/legs/backpacks on eBay for about $7. So I'll have a Scion command squad too

Your highlighting is too sloppy and you haven't drilled out your gun barrels.

They look awesome, and should match your Cadians very nicely! I've not seen them in green before, but it works!

Or, if you are a lazy bum like me that doesn't drill every single bolter / rifle, try painting the gun barrel: a small black circle should do the trick.

Scions look pretty damn cool with that color scheme, nice red for the spot color.

Like I said a few posts up, after looking at the pics I took I noticed a few things that still need to be finished/neaten up. I'm still fairly new to painting/modeling.

I appreciate all of the compliments!

Wow, you're are really rude! LOL

@ae1989

I think you did a really great job for being new to painting minis as well as a good job for not being new.
Your Scions look good with some minor things, as you noticed yourself.
All I can critique you on is your color palette, you're very limited to earth-tone reds, greens and browns. This is not wrong, it just makes all colors blend in together with one another and eliminates your focal point.

By adding some orange instead of white to your red, it will pop the lenses more and make them stand out from the gold.
and instead of making their "wrist screen" red you could make it a 4 highlight blue (kantor blue, alitoc blue, lothern blue, and 50/50 lothern blue/white scar.

drilling out the gun barrels are minor to perfecting your color palette.

great job over all, can't wait to see the changes you will make.
