... also... is that a standard HPA at the bottom, or converted one ? It looks a lot different than the HPA's my skaven playing friend uses, but also looks like it might have some pieces in common (foot on the stone for instance) ?

For a moment I thought it had tentacles instead of horns.
I still prefer the forgeworld sculpt, to be honest - which is strange for me, normally I like the miniatures that have been released by GW in the last few years.
EDIT - what's that giant fatty... thing in the last pic? :O
