So I bought a Strelkovy Platoon to start my burgeoning EW Russian army, and so I sat down today to build it for a potential early war game tomorrow and this is what I saw...

Has this happened to anyone else? I mean it's obviously a used based with super glue on it... Not mad, just like, "wtf..."

That's odd. BF typically doesn't have customers return product (they just ship a new blister or box if something needs to be replaced, and let the customer keep the original stuff), so I'm not sure why you'd have a used base in the blister. Did you buy it at a store? If so, is it possible that the store accepted a return from a customer?

I've never heard of anyone encountering something like that before.

Oh snap. Never seen that before, kinda curious what happened. You need FOW bases? I got bucket loads.

Bought it at my FLGS, it was sealed up tight. The store does accept second hand models, but he always keeps them in the back in w/e box they came in with a list of the contents.

Nah, just was wondering if someone else had this happen to them before.

Nah I'll just mail you some. I don't use FOW bases BC I bases individually.

It's pretty easy. Just glue them to pennies.
