I have been making some 28mm versions of my old 54mm inquisitor warband and have decided that I want to include them in my Blood Angels list. This is what I have come up with:

Now I'm planning on having the terminators, the priest, the inquisitor and the librarian in the land raider and the melta acolytes in the rhino. This will mean that the land raider squad will have to start the game on the board and embark during turn 1.

How well is this list going to work. I haven't won with my Blood Angels in ages, this is about as gimmicky as I'd go.

The list looks solid enough.

About the upgrades:
always buy the bolt pistol for priest. The best single point you'll ever spend.

Typhoon ML's are overcosted for their damage output, a single TL MM is more reliable.

Also, what do you need the Librarian for in the end?
Your Inquisitor will anyway be there to cast presience, so he's not that necessary.

Only two Acolytes in the Henchmen squad? Three models is the minimal amount.
For ten points you could buy a Psyker in there. Just for the extra warp charge.

As for the missile launcher, I was hoping to keep mkeone storm raven at a distance and the other in close.

The librarian is there to cast blood angels powers like the quickening.

There is a crusader in with the henchmen, probably not as efficient as a psycher but I have a model that I'd like to use.

It would seem that I read through your list a bit too hastily.

But my point remains, I personally don't enjoy adding more than one IC's to squads, and two is my top limit.
Putting all your eggs in one basket is asking for trouble.

Yeah, Battlescribe does seem to format a little strangely, sorry about that.

I will have a think about the independent characters and see what I can reshuffle.

I've swapped the crusader for a psycher, but I think I'm going to keep my librarian super squad.

I completely forgot that terminators can take land raiders as dedicated transports! That solves some dramas. My next question is: are fast rhinos worth the extra points? I have beefed up my retinue and could fit in another 3 bodies if I swap the BA rhino for an inquisitorial one.

This is what I now have. I realise that the Inquisitorial retinue is a little all over the place but they are really just here for fluff reasons... if they manage to pop a vehicle that would be a bonus.
