Hi,
I still play 5th ed, but here are a few things I'm not happy about. I downloaded the 7th ed ork codex today.
1. Kaptin Badrukk's wargear list has Da Rippa missing from it, but it is on the next page.
2. There is no Looted Wagon entry
3. battlewagon killkannons are seriously underpriced. (+30)
4. The red ones go fasta rule was not listed.
5. battlewagons are now overpriced (110)
6. some possible things battlewagons could have ('ard case) was not listed.
7. Red paint job was not listed on vehicle upgrades.
8. the ork language seems to be improved and less silly.
9. there is a new rule ('ere we go!) in place of 'Waaaagh!' and now only warbosses have the rule 'Waaagh!'.
10. Deff rollas are now really underpriced (+10)
All I want to know is: Why???

I'll try to help answer some questions.
1) I have the digital codex so maybe it's different but his special wargear is listed right under his wargear includes but his special armour and gun. I'd like to point out there is or was a free dataslate download that had a special first mate character as well. Badrukk is pretty weak competitvely so if your playing him it's probably cool to have more fluffy units with him.
2) looted wagon was a mistake to leave out part of thier no model no rules mentality however they quickly realized this and made a white dwarf supplement for it in a dataslate form so effectively it's part of ur codex. You just need to download the digi dex for 3 dollars if you want the rules or find a copy online.
3) the worst thing about battle wagon killkannons is it takes up almost half ur transport capacity. That's a huge cost for the only reliable transports Orks have.
4) red paint job is under the normal vehicle equipment rules for 5 points.
5) I'm not sure they are underpriced considering they are not the most competitve unit even with the detachment that gives you 5 with scout.
6) again maybe it's the digital coded but ard case is listed for 15
7) isn't 4 the same question. They are the same effect.
8) I agree a lot less fluff overall the waagh supplement is better on fluff and the red waagh campaign had more fluff but sadly yes I agree w lack of Ork character.
9) the waagh is still there just major warboss call it and it effects all Orks. Ere we go is just rerolling ur charge range waagh is the ability to move, run, then charge each turn it's called. Together giving Orks a very nice assault range. On a side note ghaz is pretty cool when he calls a waagh making all Orks fearless, gaining a 2+ invul save, and allowing himself and all mega armour Orks in his unit to move, run and charge even though they all have slow and purposeful.
