Don't really know much about Regement of Renown, but I would focus on having one unit of something, so a unit of Reavers or a unit of Lions/Swordmasters, as this army list looks a bit higgledy piggledy. Hope this helps

Thought regiments of renown was 100 points? And that you could only spend 50% on Special? Also you can't give your leader Dragonhelm and enchanted shield, as they are both magic armour...

The local Regiments of Renown(which I'm still irked as all hell I had to miss due to tearing a ligament in my foot) was for 150 points based on the fact that last time we ran it at 100 points, it just wasn't all that fun.

Personally I pushed for 200 points, but eh.

Regiments of Renown is essentially a 'skirmish' version of Fantasy where each model operates as its own "unit" and you do not have to buy a full unit.

Ok then, I would have a Silver Helm in their as they have a brilliant Armour Save and can charge with lances, or some Phoenix Guard for heavier hitting.

Also, Aben Zin, I thought in the Rulebook it says you are allowed a piece of magic armour and a magic shield.

Magic Shields are magic armour. So 1 piece of magic armour means one item that is characterised as 'Magic Armour'.

@ the OP. What are the specific house rules in play here? I can see a few deviations from a standard ROR rules.

I have a feeling that enchanted shield used to be exempt from the 2 magic armour clause, but that was a previous edition.

If you are looking for heavy hitting then why would you choose PG over a White Lion? Or even a Swordmaster to a lesser extent.

Possibly he meant compared to the Silverhelm? PGs would be useful for the ward save- especially if there are any waywatchers lurking nearby!
