So my friend (just starting ig) challenged me to a game this Thursday. I don't want to roflstomp the kid but I also don't want to let him win. So I decided to go shooty orks.
Big Mek
'evy armor, sag, ammo runt x 2, da finkin cap, BP

Nob w/ PK, BP, shoota x 2

If you don't enjoy playing against people with unpainted armies, break into their house when they sleep, paint their figures for them, help yourself to their cheerios and then your problems will be solved.
Well, my opponents usually don't have more than 1-2 Wave Serpents 'cos Serpent spam is very expensive in real life money.

Yes that's the plan.The kid has very limited vehicle options so i was thinking about dropping the wagon and just having the lootas sit and shoot.

looks like a fun list, I would go for the lucky stick though for your warlord. Finkin cap is ok but not great, especially when you have a SAG.

Interesting army choice, most ork players would play green tide at this point cost - though yours is definitely capable of throwing lots of dice, but the av on your vehicles are too low. Popping a vehicle will really hurt you.

Ditch the ammo runts, thats what you have the Lucky stick for, spend those points elsewhere

Like I said this kid doesn't play much I wanted to give him a fighting chance. Running tide would be a 1 sided battle. Here's what I plan on running tomorrow. Update he told me to add 45 pts.
