Call GW, seriously though I had a missing part with my Basilisk and they sent me a new kit AND let me keep the original one...

Which is one of their few redeeming qualities.
But yeah, that'd be the easiest solution. Technically they say you need the box for the unit number or something, but in the past I've gotten a replacement Land Raider and Soul Grinder without one.
