I reviewed other threads regarding this but did not find an answer. Does the new Craftworlds codex replace the Eldar codex or does it just contain various detachments options. Thanks.

No equivalent to chapter tactics as far as I can tell from the leaks.

Codex: Eldar is no longer available on the Australian Games Workshop website. That tells me that my fears are founded: Codex: Craftworlds is a replacement codex.

This stinks of the new rulebook's release just two years after the previous one. And just like with that, I received Codex: Eldar for Christmas only a few months ago and now it's obsolete!

I thought (and was hoping) the release of the new rulebook in just two years might have been a once off. Obviously not. At this rate I can't paint quick enough to keep up with the changes.

So angry right now!

There is an excellent chance your opponents will be thrilled to play against the old one.

They might have to. Sounds like all the new books will bought in order to be burned.
