hey guys the guy I'm playing and I decided to move up to 1200 points let me know what you guy think!
Hq daemon prince with wings and the black mace
Hq kharne the betrayer
Fast attack heldrake with baleflamer
10 chaos space marines in a rhino
10 khorne bezerkers in a land raider
Thanks in advance for the advice

I think those are way too little units for 1200, and... there is no place for kharn at the LR.
The heldrake is fine, at 1,200 I'd stick with only 1 HQ or 2 if fielding a sorcerer
The LR and DP are both expensive units, drop one of those 2 to get more units. I'd keep Kharn because he is a low cost close combat beast, so he needs the Land Raider. Drop the prince and get some havocs with those points or oblies, or nurgle spawns Automatically Appended Next Post: Sticking kinda to your models I'd field:

Ok I was kinda thinking the same thing about the dp he's just such a beast but he does have to get all the way across the field to do anything. Plus the list not being that shooty some more troops would probably be the smartest thing to do I'll make another list and post it. Thanks for the help

Can move fwd of 1st turn with the LR and the rhino next to it 12"+6". Oblie + Havocs support fire from the back, try to take out armor so that your zerks and kharn can assault
Turn 2
Hopefully the heldrakes come into play and deals with any unit hiding on the back field.
Disembark from the LR to assault the biggest target on the enemy army, Kharn and 9 zerks will deal a lot of dmg. disembark the plasma marines at rapidfire range to blow 4 plasma shots and take out any MC or 2+ Sv units. Move the rhino near whatever Kharn is assaulting to impede them from doing overwatch.
Keep shooting stuff with the oblies and havocs.
