Frankly I like the first one. Mainly the darker skin, and although it might be the same skin color, or just the model.

One quick tip though, the drabs on the models (mainly the first one) should be a brown, IMO though YMMV.

Wash your metals, it might be because im blind, but on orks, I think it looks great to wash the metals with Agrax Earthshade (from the citadel range) to great a dirty look to it.
