Just an Idea for a pure Eldar Seer Council list utilising a few formations and a CAD. Intended to be a TAC list with solid anti-infantry, anti-tank, anti-air, and anti-psycher. The hope is the council will get invis and really wreck some face lol. Thoughts on the list?

Actually looks really strong, what I like most is the threat spread, there isn't one clear "kill it immediately target," especially if you get invis. I suppose the Autarch is simply for reserve rolls? With the reaper launcher given that he's in a unit of heavy weapons?

Thanks, yes the autarch is for reserve rolls, would have rather had another Farseer but felt the flyers arriving on turn 2 was too important - gave the autarch a heavy weapon since he will be hanging back with the scatbikes anyway.

If the Autarch is hanging back, then why the BM? Whereas if he joined the seercounsel then wouldn't they could profit from the BM?

The Seer Council needs to be Fearless. It is too many points to lose to one bad dice roll.

Fearless is solved by Shard of Anaris. So as long as one of the farseers grabs this then this base will be covered.

Hehe, all good points, honestly though I had 5 points left over and didn't know what to get, I just grabbed the BM because of that.

But now that I think of it, I could drop the reaper launcher and the two spinneret rifles, give the autarch the shard and a fusion gun along with the mask and put him with the seercouncil, it's not a bad idea.

If you could save enough and can get Baharoth in instead, it's even better. Fearless plus hit and run, which cures seercouncil's biggest weakness: tarpitting.

Do all of the warlocks need to take singing spears? Shouldn't you take a couple without to save points, and stick them in the front? If I recall right, those are short range weapons, so the unit will take casualties before getting to use them.

Well, you might run into trouble against an army with pie plates.

Probably not because he has a very good chance of invis, shrouded and fortune...
