So I've been working on this new list for 1500 points and have had mixed results. I've done well, had a very close game, and lost. Open to any advice.

The overall tactic is that you keep the Master of the forge nearby the vehicles so that they can benefit from the It will not die rule and he can repair them as well. Las cannons deal with the MC. Razorbacks deal with the hordes. Troops deal with anything getting close (melta guns). Dreads deal with light vehicles and there's some AA from the mortis.

THE FLESH IS WEAK!

Why the razor squads instead of more bikes? Cost is going to be roughly the same. Melta bike squads will let you get more shots in. If you want to kill a tank, you really need to put 4-ish melta shots into it for a decent chance of a one turn kill.

I’m not a fan of power weapons on tac squads. Those points could be used to do things like boost the Dev’s MLs to LCs.

Overall your list looks pretty solid.

Bikes don't have "it will not die". If you spread well enough the Razorbacks can shoot an ungoldly amount of shots that may become rending. The TAC squads are more of a deterrent but can also threaten any armor. You're right. One Meltagun is not that effective but if you have more razorbacks nearby then it's not just one melta but those as well.
