Where is the gorebull going? The only reason to take one is to roll with chaos trolls with blackened plate. Get a wargor so he ranks up with whatever you put him with.

Also I think he'd be better off with magical items than the standard... He needs a ward

So he's Monstrous Infantry standing around with a bunch of Infantry, meaning he doesn't get a LOS! roll against cannons blowing him to smithereens. Sure you've got a big target in Daemonspew, but the gorebull can be insta-gibbed, gives up a lot of points with the BSB bonus, and his death denies the army significant LD protection. Definitely get this bull an armor of destiny or a talisman of preservation + charmed shield, at the cost of that magic banner.

AND since he's on a 40mm base he needs to ride the side of the unit and can't make way, which can be awkward. AND he's frenzied and makes that deathstar frenzied, as well as taking away their primal fury (none of those things are good!)

I would indeed suggest swapping the gorebull BSB to a wargor BSB w/ gnarled hide + shield. He bumps up to a 2+ save and could keep the banner of discipline if you wanted it - typically they have the beast banner though to make their unit kill stuff (as you noted).

Your shamans seem really lightly defended to be stuffed up into the enemy with those warriors. -1 to hit isn't going to save them from much, not when the enemy has to choose between dicing them up or smacking against 3/6+ save warriors.

Speaking of warriors, no halberds? On at least one unit? They are the sex.

As for the crown of command, you should really be outranking any unit you come against, by the time you lose rank bonus, the unit won't have much left anyway.
