I am not super good with greenstuff, and the eyebrows dident turn out as good as they could be. Still when It dries tomorrow I supose i can clean it up a bit with the knife. The mullet came out decent I think, as well as the plate armor. Need to clean the mold lines and paint still, but I think I captured a typical dwarven adventurer pretty well.

And done. The hardest part was shaving down a helmet for a balding head, and then adding eyebrows.

He turned out pretty good!

He looks ready to lose a few limbs and an eye or two! If Mordheim has taught me one thing its this... Everybody dies! Lol

Even the eyebrows turned out okay. Maybe a bit of texture on them would be nice but you could simulate that with paint easily enough.

Is he mean't to be on a silver base though? The base would look great if it has some texture etc on there. Would also make the mini shine.

truthfully, I just never learned how to base things.

Maaaaate...

Nows the time start. You got the painting side of things sorted and heck even assembling etc. Once you get basing your minis will be way above average I think.

Find some texture. If you have none I suggest simply dirt and PVA glue. Once that is down dry brush it to make it look like dirt. Then get some fake grass and maybe some stones and put it on some of the base and bam it will look amazing.

Honestly I think if you got time you should do it right away.

After a while you can do more complex bases. But I find the most simple bases are the most effective which is simply grass and dirt.

Meh, mabye its because I am lousy at this, but I dont really think it added much.

Nah man! That's a good first shot. I think you don't like it because it hides a bit of your nice model, but that's understandable. Maybe next time go a bit lighter on the grass and see how you like that.
