i play puny little space dancer elfs
im playing 90% of the time against the same opponent(Orcs) in (mostly friendly games.
we both agree in most games on: no formations, no LoW(no Wraithknight)

so i do not own a Knight, and i dont plan on getting one.

now, im looking to play on a tournament for 1650pts. rules say no formations(so no aspect shrine etc), max 1allied detatchment or 1 LoW.
as allies id have either some SpaceMarines or Orks(thats whats available), but not sure if it would add anything to my army.

as you see, i have 26 points left to spend.

more options would be a bunch of wraithlords(not really), lots of warwalkers, some vauls cannons, avatar/ baharroth(...),more bikes, maybe buying some warp spiders

Hello and welcome! First off there is nothing foolish about not using a LoW. Certainly the Wraithknight has uses but it is not a requirement for a successful list.

Your list is a bit all over the place. Eldar have a lot of superb tools at their disposal but keeping a type of synergy will ultimately be important. For example, having a Farseer and ScatterBikes are fantastic choices however they do not perform jointly with vehicle-less Dire Avengers and Guardians. Guardians would be more successful with a bulked out squad, an Aegis Line, as many platforms as they're allowed to take, and a Warlock.

My suggestion would be to nix the immobile of your list as you seem to have plenty of mobility options available to you. Knock out the DA, Guardians, and Reapers for upgrades to D-Scythes and Warp Spiders or additional Warwalkers. All of the above are quite high performance.

On a more personal choice over mathematical - I detest single casters. On a bare minimum I believe you require, say, 1 Warp Charge per 200 points to merit running any Psykers at all. It's true Eldar versions have it easy with reductions and rerolls, but if you meet a Psyker heavy (Grey Knights, some Tyranid lists, Daemons in general) list they'll easily invalidate your purchase. Either add in another Farseer or ditch him for a kitted out Autarch
