So i am really really new to the wh40k and just finishing up my first squad of firewarriors. Looking forward for some newbie games i'll surely need your advice! Cadre and Ethereal gonna be atached to fw teams!
On russian forums guys telling me, that i'm gonna struggle dealing with tanks and a lot of cheap troops, but is tanks really an option at 750 games? And why won't broadside and riptide be able to shot them off?

I'd say get rid of the gun drones first.
And if you have enough points for a riptide, then you can expect to encounter the odd tank too lol.

In my (little) experience the shasui isn't worth it, I'd take those points and invest them in a dedicated markerlight squad like scouts, as tau don't actually shoot very well without.

And then maybe add a seeker missile to the broadside. You will most likely still struggle to kill tanks, but chances are you will be facing more lightly armoured vehicles which you should be able to take down with the riptide. But only one a turn. But the fire warriors can also help take those downs, so you should be ok.

Anything bigger though and you will have a hard time unless you get lucky with the charged burst cannon of the riptide. Don't expect that one rail rifle to be popping any tanks though.

So yea, just add some markerlights and you should be fine for the most part.

This looks much better, but I would still make some cuts to stream line the list a bit more.

Cut the honour blade. The ethereal will lose every single close combat situation ever and you will give your opponent an extra victory point for slaying him.

Split the pathfinders into two, four man teams. Doing this gives your markerlights more than one target.

Cut the advanced targeting systems on the broadsides and go with early warning override. Drop pod marines are a pain and when you can shoot them before they get to shoot is pretty awesome. I don't know what weapon you are going with on them, but the best option is the high yield missile pods & smart missile system.
