The Frozen wastes

Lo folks, I'm working on an aquatic themed Warzone ressurection force and since the most common foot soldiers of theirs are zombies I thought I'd ask if anyone knows any good guides or have any pieces of advice on painting zombie miniatures to look drowned?

Personally, I'd just shift your color palette from browns and greens to blues and purples.
Prime white, heavy purple wash, layer up to an off white and greenish blue highlights.

An intresting idea but how to make those at that scale? Aquarium plants are a bit big.

maybe green floral wire + small green leaves? just not too many lest it look more like a regular vine, I guess

agree with more blues and purples too

otherwise only thing I could think of is use some gloss on the clothing/hair to make it look 'wet'?

I would suggest green stuff for the sea weed. just cut small strips and twist them heres a pic on a big mini but the idea would be the same

Not a bad I'll see what I can do with it on a smaller mini, Of course we also have barnacles for any solid stuff on them.
