Hey guys, planning ahead to buy 2 betrayal at Calth boxes and start my XIX Legion. I don't have any of the rulebooks or anything so I'm just running battlescribe to get an idea of what I might build Let me know if these units are decent working together:

legion Centurion - jump pack, artificer armor, 2x claws, melta bomb
legion Praetor - cataphractii, chainfist, combi-weapon
legion cataphractii terminators - 2 termies w/double claws, sergeant w/double claws, 2x power/chainfists
legion contemptor dreadnaught - kheres assault cannon, fist w/flamer
legion assault squad - artificer and double claw sergeant w/melta bomb, 2x power weapons
legion assault squad - artificer and double claw sergeant w/melta bomb, 2x power weapons
legion tactical squad - legion vexilla, sergeant artificer armor


1500 on the nose. I chose things that would be fun and work with the models that come in the betrayal at calth box. I just need some jump packs and bp/ccw swaps for the assault marines.

The trick will be to get some cool MKIV looking jump packs (single engine) and bp/ccw arms for my guys. I'll need a bunch. I am going to use these guys for a 40k skyhammer annihilation force AND a 30k army double trouble for the XIX legion!

I didn't pick a rite of war or anything because I have no idea what they do. If you have that knowledge and want to drop some here, I'm all ears!
