Nice! Just finished up a class on injection molding and he did a better job explaining the machine then my instructor did

One thing he left out though was that mold temperature and cooling time effect potential warpage of the part. A cooler mold allows the part to be ejected faster, but the part starts warping over the course of a couple weeks.

A Protoss colony world

That video is pretty cool, the guy breaks down a complicated engineering process into layman's terms. I took a class called Manufacturing Methods in college, and we only briefly talked about injection molding. We spent more time on metal subjects (like forging, rolling, extrusion, etc.).
