Ok Dakka, I've hit a wall painting my first batch of space marines. I think I've got a hang of the edge highlighting on the power armor, and I started to paint metal accents with metallic paints. I've only base coated one part on the model, but already it feels off. Is it better to paint these in TMM or NMM style?

I attached an image of the work I have so far. The eagle on the chain sword is what I have painted in metallic. Any advice or critiques are more then welcome

Ok thanks. I think I'll give the TMM style a whirl. NMM sounds a bit out of my league at the moment.
