What about a banner? Could be your standard boss pole style to add height to the model, or as an awesome albeit pain in the ass idea, you could have have a long, flowing flag trailing from his power klaw arm, right the way back past the end of the model? It'd be horrible to do but awesome if and when pulled off skilfully

I would add some highlights to the guns, engine, and anything else that sticks out.
If you're looking for modelling suggestions, hmmm ... maybe add a grot hanging off the back?

I love grots, so maybe add one clinging to his engine? You could easily take the grots from either the bikers or stormboyz kits.

And perhaps you should consider giving that warboss a metal jaw. Take it from another kit and slap it on there- orks are the kings of kitbashing.
