So to make this clear, don't want this to be a gripe fest. I'm just trying to find out if anyone has had a similar experience, or knows of any issues they've been facing lately.
I made an order a couple of weeks ago, and aside from the initial email saying that the order was being processed, I've heard nothing from them since. I've received no notification that the order has been shipped. I emailed them at the beginning of the week, and there has been no response. I've even tried calling them today, and no one answered the phone.
Have they been experiencing problems of late?

I can't recall if anyone in that thread had ordered and not received, so it may simply be no new releases, no comms, but you'll get your stuff, or they may be flatlining.

So I just spoke to Chapterhouse, over the phone.
He IS still in business. Shipments seem to be a bit slow, but he is still operating. So whatever was determined in that linked thread is wrong.

Yes, chapterhouse and I are still shipping and producing kits. Things have slowed down a bit but this is because I have a full time job doing something I enjoy now 
I do have to say sorry for the slower shipping, but Chapterhouse is more of a hobby for me. Saying that I do hope to keep products shipping even though I havent played or bought a GW model in 3 years.
Chapterhouse is still kicking, just not as agile as it used to be.

Sorry for the thread necromancy here guys, but I'm kind of hoping that Nick, or someone who knows him might see this and respond.
I have been trying for a few weeks and failing to get in touch with Chapterhouse. I'm OK for shipping to take a while, so long as I get my product eventually, the biggest issue I have is I'm moving soon, and need to, at the very least find out if the parcel will arrive before I move or if they can update a shipping address. So far nothing...
