Was really hoping to avoid this kind of thing. Bought a few things from a big Ork lot he put up. Was good at responding, paid him on 1/20/2016 with the understanding it would ship that week. No tracking number was given despite a request for shipping confirmation. After a few weeks I got worried and again asked for the tracking number, it was at this point he informed me that whoever was supposed to ship it never shipped it due to some emergencies he was having related to his family. I'm an understanding person, just talk to me about it and we can work out something. He states in the same message that he's now re-gathering it all and asks for my address again. Even though it was on my paypal receipt and in the thread earlier. I gave him the address again, no answer. Asked for confirmation no answer. Asked again, a response that it should be in today and he would refund shipping. That was on 2/16 and I have now requested the tracking number 2 times since then to no response. Told him I'm going to have to contact my bank to get a refund since I payed friend and family on paypal (something I will never do again thanks to this) and still nothing. Seems like a nice person and I can be understanding of personal issues, but +30 days without my items after receiving payment for them and saying it was shipped when it wasn't and my thought of him never even saying anything about it not being shipped until I said something has made me not as understanding.

I was going through the same thing with this same person, but I just got shipping confirmation and tracking # for the item I got (ironically i got on Ebay to request a refund through Ebay and discovered the message right then). Still a long time to wait (sent payment on 1/31) but it seems to me that they simply were just going through a crisis, and a few of us just swept under the rug by mistake (based on the shop post they had I assume that there were a lot of orders).

If it means anything to you, I have almost 2000pts worth of Orks traded to him for roughly 2000pts of Tau, he had good communication, and when everything came and I was missing a few item, he reshipped the ones missing no questions asked. Hopefully this is just a fluke!

I figured he's a solid person to trade with, just going through a poop time in life and a bad time to make a purchase from him. Which happens, I've been on the other side. But when there's a lack of communication that's where I have the issue. Hopefully whatever is going on in his life gets sorted for the better. Still not a great trade haha.

I had a bit of an issue with him that he made up for 10 times over.

It was for $35 for ork dice and templates it was about two weeks late and I asked him during that what was up. He told me that there was a shipping error and he would resend it.

To make up for the wait he sent me three free mega nobz. He did 100% right by me and more than made up for the shipping errors that I believe were out of his control.

I'm glad it worked for you and that you were compensated for the delay. As of now still no reply so I've kind of given up hope haha.
