Hi, so, I am going to copy paste this from another thread so you guys know why am I assembling this list for:
So, I have been invited to a city league tournament of sorts and wanted to join. Format is simple, 12 players play for some months and get at the end some nifty rewards offered by the store owner. So, after some thinking, I have decided to participate with a multi eldar list if they allowed multiple detachments. On a short email, I asked some questions about what kind of lists they were allowing and so far this seems legal to them. They allow multi-CAD lists as long as the detachments don't come from the same codex, which I find amusing, and they allow formation detachments too, but no special characters and no FW formations/models. They are playing 1850 points per list and have some different restrictions that fortunately don't apply to the list I am planning. You are suppposed to be allowed to switch one unit in-and-out from the list only between battles and you are supposed to have several units with a similar cost on "league reserve" for such purpose, (you have to "announce" the switch before you know who's going to be your next opponent, so no hard list tailoring, although I think you'll be able to tailor a bit for the last two opponents, and for sure for the last one, given you face each person once).
So I had this idea about a leadership-penalties based army, I thought it was original, then I browsed the forums and found out it wasn't and even has the "freakshow" label, but given some model acquiring difficulties, (Painted models only, no grey-black soldiers allowed), and given that I got a new view at the meta I'll face, I don't think I'm going that way with it.
I'm still convinced to leave my newly chaos on the side and go with a combined CAD Eldar/Dark Eldar list, both factions that I own a lot of models and have been playing for a while now. I switched the focus from leadership-based list to an all-comers Eldar Jetbike list, focused on mobility and speed on all units, given that I can build a fluffy (most players I'm facing are old timers, very able but that, as me, keep some level of lactose intolerant cheese allergy) yet competitive build given jetbikes are actually a favoured unit by the crunch right now.
However, I have found some issues, not because I don't find useful units to play, but because I have too many options and not enough points, and I want to ask this community about the best options I can choose. I promise once the league starts on the summer I'll post the reports and keep everyone updated about how I fare each week.
I'll explain what options are being hard for me to choose between after the list, even as I plan to keep three options out for the reserve. So far the project goes like this:

So what's the idea with the list?
The plan is having basically two formations, one massively made of bikes, and another with the fast Venoms. Each autarch deploy with the Reavers for a quite versatile unit both in antitank shooting (2 meltas and the haywire grenades), and also a dangerous assault with the Reavers HoW with Caltrops with no overwatch allowed to avoid shenanigans. These units are one of the core units of my army, and that's why I am actually taking a perfect duplicate of it. It's fast and agile, (hit&run and skilled rider), relatively resilent with some jinking, with a nice punch, and versatile, a trait I appreciate a lot, as they can rush a transport, pop it, and then assault the chewy, tasty insides. The only thing I am not sure is if I should swap the laser lance on the exarch for a fusion gun, but I think the lance gives me both a decent precharge shot, and AP 3 on the charge for a cheap price. If some anti-tank is needed, he can always lob a haywire. The 5x Windriders are an escort/intervening model for the reavers to tank most shots for them buying time for their charge while the scatterbikes pew pew stuff nearby. Of course, each of the units is going around the point mark where I could buy two ravagers/fireprisms, but it is actually able to tack any kind of unit in front of it. this is a list I'll play around 10 different people with 10 different armies, so I do need the versatility of this "all-comers" unit.
The second "core" of the army is the incubi venom shadowed by the kabalites couple of venoms as well. The "escorts" fly around pew pewing and grabbing/killing what they can while the SEX DAEMON UNIT finds a hard nut and tries to assault out of the transport and kill it. Given the AP 2 power of the unit it is a TEQ hunting party, actually a role the rest of the army is not equipped to deal with.
The Hunter is supposed to do flyer interdiction here, and the Ravager and Scourges the heavy Tank hunting. The two Swooping Hawks units are also an all-comers choice, given they can resort to desperate anti-air, can thin hordes, can grab objectives, and can also wreck the occassional tank by massed haywire assault. As long as the Exarch is alive, they can keep doing the phase-in, phase out large-blast grenade pack shenanigans while Deep-Striking on target.
So, while I'm not asking for a whole army overhaul, I'm open to review some unit choices according to your opinions. Actually, thanks to other guys' opinions I was convinced to drop my former list, otherwise I'd be trap playing 3 months with a non-competitive list. As I said, this is supposed to be semi-competitive, as I'll be facing experienced players but within a restricted enviroment and with a fluff flavor, so no WAAC. (I can face Riptides and Wraithknights, or A Imperial Knight, but not a list full of them)
So, what do you guys think?
