5x thunderwolves with 5 Storm shields, 2 Power Fist, 1 Wolf Claw
VSG with 3 shields.

Murderpack
Wulfen with 5 Thunder hammer and Storm Shield
Wulfen with 5 Thunder hammer and Storm Shield
Wulfen with 2 Thunder hammer and Storm Shield, 2 with great axe and auto gun, 1 Normal guy

The army has 30% chance of getting a 24 inch move rate with the wolves.

2 units of wulfen are dropping turn one where I want them. Letting me box my opponent where I want him most times.

Turn one I am Assaulting with the thunderwolves( depends on deployment type.) or setting up a turn charge with 4 nasty units.

If I don’t make a turn one assault. My opponents faces a hard choice in what to kill first as all 4 options are brutal.

So what do you think?

Why don't you use the classic thunderdome ? ( Independant character with ferishian wolves )

Honestly, i think its way better then usual thunderwolves.. You could also add a runic priest on a bike and pray god so you roll endurance and your deathstar gets endurance ( 4+ FNP ) or if you hate praying, go with libririan conclave formation...

My list will give you 4 units you don't want charging you turn 2 compered to one. Makes what you pick to kill very important and depending on the board layout very hard. Also my list will 33% of the time make turn one assault happen with two thunder wolf units. A 36 inch charge range should be giving you something to think about when you deploy. Also even 1 or 2 Wulfen left alive I have found out to be horrifying if left alive in the backfield.

Thunderdome is good. But it hates running in to IK and anything that can stomp. One lucky roll of the stomp table you can say goodbye to the unit,, and if the stomp doesn't kill it the explosion could. Now if you have 3 to 5 knights you have to hope you can get lucky and kill most of them before the kill you.

You have one big unit that if you don't go first will have to weather some of the games nastiest shooting in the game history which will do a lot of damage. Also you unit will only be moving 12 inches with little to no supporting units from other units in the army.

This list is designed to play Space wolves not Battle brothers.

I see the Conclave as a formation that is bad for the game. It is considered a auto take if you are doing Librarians. Makes getting off any power a joke even WC3 powers with less then 5 dice with no know counter able to stop the power reliably.
