Lemme know how I can improve my "take all comers" list

Core: Stormlance Demi-Company
Captain- cataphractii armor, powerFist
(Drop podding in with Devs for relentless)

Dev squad- x4 Grav cannon, drop pod

Bike squad- sarge w/combi Grav, x2 grav,
Attack bike w/MM

X2 tac squad 10-man, sarge w/ combimelta, melta, las, rhino

Tac squad 5-man, sarge w/ combimelta, melta, rhino

Command:

venerable dread w/ MM, Powerfist, drop pod

Librarius Conclave- 3x lvl 2 libbys w/ force axe

Auxiliary: Storm Wing

Stormraven- TLAC, TLMM, hurricane bolters

Stormtalon- TLAC, typhoon

Stormtalon- TLAC, skyhammer

I don't think adding a relentless HQ confers relentless upon the unit that he joins. (I think this is a technicality and a misinterpretation of the rules, or maybe just a bad call on the FAQ or the designers part)

If you ditch the dread or reduce your mastery level to 1 you can give all you're librarians terminator armor and have them join your captain for a little mini terminator squad. I wouldn't split the difference on you're stormtalons like that, you should probably just take skyhammer or typhoon on both, its more efficient to have a uniform composition. (I prefer skyhammer, typhoon is 20 points extra for 2 ap3 shots and maybe some frag if your fighting horde armies, not worth it really)

Well it's technically slow and purposeful, and I was told that cataphractii gives it to the whole unit but I could be wrong. which means the Devs get full salvo on their gravs out of the drop pod of it does

Just looked it up and the Devs totally get slow and purposeful. And I'll probably go full skyhammer. Typhoon is tempting though cuz I'm in a very SM heavy meta

Take your core formation as Battle Demi Company, Stormlance require everyone to start the game in Rhino or Razorback, so your Droppod SnP Terminator Captain and grav Devastor is not right. But it would be legal and great if you take BDC.
The Dreadnought is not a Command formation but Auxiliary, but it is Ok Anyway.

Yeah I realized that it said rhinos and raxorbacks and not just vehicles so I'll run the Demi. But the venerable dread can count as a command slot for IH, not that it really matters anyway

I ran an 1850 game against tau yesterday. He had two riptides, three broadsides, a buffmander, and the stealth suit, whatever it's called a som other infantry units. my Storm wing hasn't come yet so I ran an extra dread and 10th company and threw a gorgon chain on my captain. My gravs shot every broadside and riptide off the board by turn three, my psychers psychic shreiked his stealth suit to death and used force to instakill his commander. He interceptored my two dreads as soon as the dropped but my captain tanked every shot all game like a freakin champ. He surrendered turn five cuz his infantry wasn't gonna be able to withstand the turn and he was down in objectives
