Before I begin I have already scoured Dakka Dakka and a few other sites, but I am still iffy on the rules. What are the newest Lifta droppa rules in regards to using them on the big mek stompa?
Do they match the rules for the lifta droppa wagon in the dread mob update?

If so does this mean rolling a 1 on the mishap chart instantly explode the entire Stompa?
(Note the above rules specifies that the "Lifta droppa wagon" explodes... Also the entry is called "Jury Rigged Lifta Droppa", but I dont see any non-jury rigged rules...)

Just want to nail this down as Id like to play with the Big Mek Stompa.

Dred Mob Update (Specifically states it is an update of !A8's Dread mob section)- Released When? After 6th obviously since it states it's an update for 6th, but not sure exactly when
Apocalypse - Released 2013

The weapon on a Lifta Wagon is a Jury-rigged Lifta-droppa, the rules for which differ from a Lifta-droppa as found on a Big Mek Stompa. The updated Dread Mob list tells you to refer to Warhammer 40,000: Apocalypse for the Big Mek Stompa's rules, which is where you can find the Lifta-droppa's rules.

Ah, so although the Dread Mob update is newer than the apoc rule book, it doesn't include the Lifta Droppa rules for the Stompa BECAUSE they wren't being updated! I understand now haha. I have found the rules from Apoc to quadruple check what I will be playing with, looks right? I heard that you needed to roll to hit now:
