This week I sent out the first assignment packs for the new Trainee Citadel Miniature Designer Selection Program. This is a new and exciting development in the world of Citadel Miniatures!

The Trainee Citadel Miniature Designer Selection Program is something new, we are hoping to find the Citadel Miniature designers of the future, and it provides a means for prospective Citadel designers to channel their development and passion for Citadel Miniatures. The program involves completing training assignments in return for feedback and support on your work. This journey could be a long one, it could take years.... or it could take less.....

If you want to be part of this and you think that you've got what it takes, ask yourself these questions.......

Do you aspire to join the biggest and best team designing and sculpting the best fantasy miniatures on the planet?
Have you got the passion to constantly seek ways to improve in order to make each of your miniatures better than the last?
Could you see yourself making a career at Games Workshop, the desire to dedicate yourself to constantly improving skills and knowledge, putting your creative aspirations in the service of the miniatures?
Then go to the jobs page on the Games Workshop website and click on the Trainee Citadel Miniature Designer link. If your letter conveys drive and passion, you might be invited to an interview. After that interview, you might get an invitation to join the program.....

best of luck if you go for it

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
