Looking the last advertise on Warhammer TV about the combat gauge, the guy shows how to properly use the combat gauge, but measuring from base to base...
I'm missing something or measurement in AOS are still from model to model and the base is not relevant???

Base to base is the de facto way to play.

Imagine how fiddly the video would have been to do model to model lol, especially the curve 1/2".
