Just a note to users that we have a slow running problem with the site at the moment caused by the massive success of the Gallery feature.
Due to technical reasons of capacity, the site is running slowly and needs some upgrades by Legoburner. The work cannot be done instantly, though and is expected to take a couple of weeks to complete.
However, please be assured the current issue is not the result of general server failure or DoS attack by Fancy Bears etc.

Did Fulgrim Just Behead Ferrus?

"Fancy Bears"? I'm almost afraid to Google that and see what comes up.
I did just re-up my DCM for another year, does that mean I get a turn at cracking the whip at Legoburner?

Being a DCM means we cannot exert any powers over the mods, or heaven forbid, raise a hand against our glorious overlords. Some have tried, but they are never heard of again..
We are however, superior to the scrubs who have not joined our ranks.

Meh that depends on how you see it, we "scrubs" dont pay to be a member of a free site. While you on the other hand DO pay, just for a few extra features. Also fancy bears? Is this something new and menacing weapon of the Kreml and Iron Captain?

I should probably add a big fething sign that says "IS JOKE, LAUGH YOU THING" or something before the lynchmob comes after me again..
And here I was thinking that an emote would do the job.

Ah okay, reassuring to know! I was worried that I'd somehow managed to break my gallery with my attempt at uploading some pics earlier today. Fingers crossed that the upgrades go smoothly and swiftly!

Ah, just a hacker group, then. I didn't want to Google it for fear of Rule 34.

I can't access the rumours section, simply get the notification the following message:
DakkaDakka will be back soon...
Sorry, we have temporarily disabled access to dakkadakka so that we can implement changes or undertake maintenance.
Please check back shortly and we should be up and running (maybe with some fun new features!)
If you are seeing this page after 15 minutes of waiting, try holding down shift or ctrl and pressing refresh (alt-refresh in safari). It might have become cached on your system, even though dakka is now running happily for everyone else.
The rest of the forums works fine (for now).

I can get to that section fine Malika, have you tried this direct link?
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/forums/show/6.page
Or a link to your thread specifically:
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/694749.page
I have had that error message get cached in the past, but clearing the cache or a restart fixed it (can't remember exactly, it's been a while). If the second link but not the first works for you, that'd be my guess.
