Hi guys,

After playing fantasy and Lord of the Rings extremely casually over a decade ago I've decided to get back into the hobby. I collected a few 40k minis when I was younger, but never played it. I'm putting the finishing touches to a 600ish point Space Marine army and am looking for someone to have a battle with at Warhammer World Nottingham.

Ideally it would be Wednesday 28th September at around 5pm, as this is the easiest time for me to get there. I'd love an opponent who is either new to the hobby too, so we can learn together, or a patient experienced player who is happy to help guide a novice. I've got the rule book and have read through it, but I imagine it'll take me several battles to get the hang of it, so someone who is happy to help me with the rules would be amazing.

I'm excited to start playing, and to get into playing 40k - and I imagine I'll meet some great people too

Hi James, I could give you a game wednesday but I wont be able to make it until 6.30 if thats ok? Its been in a few months since my last game and I havent been playing for long so would be a good refresher for me too.

I can bring 600pts of Tau if that's ok?
