Hey guys, had a wild idea for obj markers. The idea came from the concept of generals watching over the battlefield through pict feeds and monitors. What are your thoughts in both practicalities, usefulness, and coolness? feedback from my local group is to shorten it a little bit, and i think we can make the plexi glass chunk smaller as well to keep the air less crowded. This is a very alpha stage of design but I'd like some constructive criticism on it or suggestions.

Agreed way too tall in my opinion. Overall idea is definitely useful though.

Keep the 'flag' blank and a wet erase marker with you and mark on them as the need arises.

I do that with some 1" X 1" glass tiles I use for markers for my games.

That would definitely ruin the aesthetic of a game in my opinion.

I've used big flags as objectives before - not nearly as big as yours (mine were about 8-9"), but it was for an Apocalypse game and it's so easy to lose track of where the objectives on large / multiple boards are if they're just normal ground-level ones.

The idea of getting it to look like a tactical display is cool though.
