Wowie, it has been a long time since I last posted something here! Besides gaming and painting lots of stuff for friends, my own miniatures have been neglected! This last week I saw myself without any request to do, so I went into a painting frenzy and painted the 3 waifs and Leveticus I was missing to complete my crew

Rusty Alice's face looks horrible I learnt the hard way how the details on her face were too soft even for a watered down Bugman's glow. All the waifs and Leveticus were painted with a layer paint as basecoat and it worked out much better.

Apologies for the grandiose title, but I felt I needed something with a bit more *oomph* when talking about Malifaux

I have already posted my Leveticus crew, and lately because I have been free from any miniatures besides mine (A rarity! A true rarity!), I have been picking up the pace and completed 3 more, now from Viktoria's crew, Hired Swords.

The ones I completed are the Ronins. The middle one's leg's lacing and bows were infuriating to get right, each time I fixed between them, I ruined the lacing. Also, I had to change her hair, I really, really, disliked the standard hair.

I loved painting this crew. Everyone was so unique, I was able to use rarely used colors, like the cyan.

Ok, now for the non-malifaux player who are probably very confused : Von Schill has an upgrade called "The Shirt Comes Off!" that gives him an action called "He's Mad Now!", forcing enemy models to make an Horror test

Great work on these models, your Malifaux works always makes me temped to get some of my own. But so far I hav yet to do so

I take it that they are resin? And yes that they really are.

Nah, all the current Malifaux miniatures are plastic, good one too, except for one or another special edition.

Welp, one more done, this time it's Vanessa! Viktoria's sister, in fact! Tomb raiding runs in the family



The whole blend was interesting to do, since it's something I rarely do. It was a rather fun way to test the Artificer Tint Set GW released a few weeks ago. This one was a "Vulkan" tint.

Next up I'm probably painting Kaeris from the Arcanists for a friend.

And now for something completely different! Kaeris, Arcanist Master from the "Burning Revelations" crew!

I painted this one for my friend who plays Arcanists. He also did me the favor of taking Kaeri's photographs God-Emperor knows I hate taking photos.

Uff, it's dusty in here! Well, I have been busy painting some arcanists for a friend, but the cheeky and lazy bum still didn't take a picture or two for me to share them!

Welp, after that I got my hands in my brand new and shiny Strongarm and WAM! It was so fast! 2 painting session and he was done, I'm quite happy! He has the same color scheme as the my other Freikorps, including the tiny bit of red spot color and green.

Pity he did absolutely nothing the first game I fielded him
