Hey,

I'm new to this forum and new to tabletop gaming in general. My first project involved converted a few regular chaos terminators and a cybot into followers of nurgle.

I used a huge amount of green stuff to add all the details, tentacles, insect heads etc to the models. The first 3 of them are finished, but more are to follow soon.

I would love to hear your feedback, especially regarding the paint job. Im am not at all pleased with my work in that regard, as I am still getting used to the small brushes and painting on such tiny surfaces. If you have any tips on how to make my minis look more nurgle, I would be glad to hear them. I tried employing techniques like drybushing and washing.

Thanks !

The horned beetle one is amazing.

They're all really nurgly looking, but i almost think there's a bit too much on them? they got a lot of bulbous stuff coming but it's not that detailed so it looks like lumps, mainly.

There's a lot of good here, make no mistake, just a thought on the overall detail

realism is a lie

Thanks ! You could be totally right in that I went overboard with the deformations. All the models I have converted have a very heavy insect/alien look to them because I do not like the standard "bloated corpse" plague marine look. Perhaps I could do a better job at painting so the details don't get lost.

I do plan on creating regular nurgle soldiers without major mutations in the coming weeks though. But first there are another 13 nurgle terminator abominations waiting to be painted.
