Switched a unit of horrors with EF to add MoT to the CAD units.

You need that Aux for the DI list... like Daemon flock.
However, I think you're on the right track. I don't know the points, but I'd do something like:

ML 1 CSM sorcerer
10x cultist
10x cultist
Magnus
Fatey flies around...
Horror corrupts objectives and be the nusiance.

No points left and if there were I would want to put into the Herald - want that Locus of Conj but cant fit it with 40 horrors.
sorc is just a tax but he can chose from a lot of options. The new powers or just another shot at cursed earth.

Not compulsory, but without it you won't get the blessing of tzeentch rule on Magnus, to boost his invulnerable with blessings

I think so.
FWIW, I really, REALLY like the E.Flamers. However, in order for them to be effective, they cannot be the scariest thing on the block. With Magnus running up the table, the E.Flamers would have the luxury of moving into position for the short, yet powerful ranged weapons.

Remember-Magnus has to rely on Cursed Earth to get a 3++. You don't have the formation that gives him a 3++ from Blessings.

A great point from you 2. I think it's worth the change. Plus it makes things even. 2 Flamers per horror squad soaking up hits and offering protection from assault for each.
