Figured I'd try my hand at a flying circus list:

Chaos Daemons Combined Arms
HQ

(185) Herald of Tzeentch: ML3, Disc, Exalted Reward, Exalted Locus of Creation
Troops
(99) 11 Pink Horrors

What about combining the Formation with a small screamer star. 2 heralds, 2x 3 nurglings and 9 screamers.

If you replace the CAD with a Lorestealer Host you can take the Tzeentch detachment. Downside is you can't get a 2++ or 3++ with rerolling 1s, upsides are you get a reliable 3++ or 4++ and you aren't trapped in spam hell quite as much. Really, these Pink Horror spam lists make me laugh/cry as much as the Neophyte/Acolyte spam GSC lists do. I just see hundreds of dollars being spent on poorly painted armies.

A screamerstar wouldn't be worth taking no horrors, and the list needs the model count and obsec.

I don't think the pandemonead would work very well with this list, as I'm hoping to get at least 2 2++ rerollables from the Imp. Robe+Cursed earth and Fateweaver+grimoire. It also maxes invulnerable saves at 3++, meaning you can't even get a nonrerollable 2++.

As the oracles are a standalone formation, you can take them outside of the pandemoniad. So they can keep their 2++ rerollable, and the horrors and heralds and have the blanket 4++.

If you drop the 3rd LoC and make 1-2 units of Pinks into Blues, you can add 9 Screamers and 1 more Disc Herald. You don't lose any WC, still have 4 Obsec troops and can now occupy a large presence on the board.

And if you are using the Creation Loci, you really only need 1 big unit of Pinks. Remember, the Locus will only apply to the unit the Herald has joined. So the ideal Troops for this list would be:

16 Pinks
11 Blues
11 Blues
3 Nurglings
3 Nurglings

And yes, even with the Split rule in existence, I still maintain Nurglings as one of the best Troops. They Infiltrate and usually have a 2+ cover. With the above list of Troops, your Creation Herald goes in the Pinks, the Nurglings infiltrate near midfield objectives, while the Pinks & Blues move toward other objectives.
If you do it right, the opponent will either focus on the Nurglings, thus making it harder to kill all the Horrors late game, or they will ignore the Nurglings in order to focus on the Horrors.
