I can't put into words how much I like that color scheme on a Fyreslayer.

Well done!

I think a horde of those guys charging at you would be even scarier than their orange-frilled cousins!

Also, love the tattoos/markings on the skin, really finishes off the already characterful fellas.

Baron, don't forget to talk about the SEALs and Marines you habitually beat up on 2 and 3 at a time, as you PM'd me about.

Love it. So much less glaring than the bright orange against the pale skin.

"cool"... I get it!

These are indeed very cool

Glory is fleeting, but obscurity lasts forever.

Considering also your duty as a warrior you should not waver. Because there is nothing more auspicious for a warrior than a righteous war.

It's a well deserved positive response! These are really really good. Changing my mind on the fyreslayers in just one post.

That looks very good indeed! How did you do the hair?

Hair was done using rakarth flesh as a basecoat followed by a light wash of Seraphim Sepia, followed by edge highlights of ushabti bone and a very thin highlight of Palyd Witch Flesh

This color scheme makes it look a lot better than the normal scheme the 'eavy metal went for. Sure, it doesn't scream "FIRE FIRE FIRE!" like the orange hair, but I love it.

I like the scheme a lot. Still think the models are beyond terrible, but they're far better this way than with the studio paintjob.

Looks amazing. Are you going to do a whole army of them? I found it took so long to paint just 10 I haven't built up the courage to get another box just yet

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)
