Ive always wanted better lighting. Couldnt really find anything on this style of lighting except for 1 little article. I wanted more light so I tweaked the design and ran with it. Materials cost was around $50 not including the tools, soldering iron, etc that i already had. I will be adding a spacer at the top of the arc to angle the lights more towards the center to reduce any shadows even more.

Added the crossbar to angle the lights inward.

Definitely a difference. The light is more diffused so it puts less hotspots on the model. Its more natural and there are far less shadows. Its easier on the eyes and i dont need 3 lamps anymore lol.

Awesome, I'm definitely going to copy this at some point, eyesight does not improve with age!
