Rampaging Khorne Dreadnought






So I was playing space hulk deathwing (total let down) and came across this box I though would be a neat little project for the tabletop.
It wasn't terribly hard to assemble but it's still to much work to mass produce and it's a fairly simple form to make a mould of. (after I fix that top split that is)

I figured plaster would be the cheapest way, but I fear that it'll break apart too easily over time as you probably want to stack these boxes.
I made them 25mm by 25mm so they should be stackable fairly easily, although I was considering metal bases so I could magnetize the boxes for further stability.

Some kind of silicon base or greenstuff o so would make them more durable but I feel that would be quite expensive. Any ideas?

At that size resin is probably your best bet.

I've heard people talk about composite plaster, but I have no idea where that stands pricewise. Supposedly it's mostly plaster mixed with some resin, which seems to give good results. I've never actually cast anything like this though, so I'm pretty clueless tbh.
