(I am aware it says painted and based but I don't have any basing things at the minute and this seemed like the most appropriate place to put it, I am sorry if I shouldn't have done this).
So I am a beginner painter and player and I am starting on my next group of 5 cultists and I would love feedback and advice before I do so I can continue to progress, I am aware they don't look great but I hope I can improve.

Well, the bases kind of look like stained concrete. : ) Nice work, though I feel the pants should be darker for more contrast.

Very good start. I would strongly suggest CAREFULLY adding to the details on the models.
For instance, on the backpack and gun of the first model, add some silver spots and some rusty spots.
On the shirtless guy, make the chaos mark scar a white-ish sorta scar color (or maybe red to have it look more fresh).
The guy with the mask could use some of th9se details highlighted as well.

Overall, great start though.
