The photos are a bit flashed. Can you get any in more natural lighting?

I think the painting/assembly, etc. could use a bit of work. At a glance I can see a number of places where the model wasn't cleaned/trimmed/filed before assembly. There are large mold lines up and down the back of the legs - a large "gate" point on the leg as well. These are really easy to clean up...and it's something a $90 model deserves.
I can't tell if it's silver or you missed priming on the weapon mounts, the arm sleeves (inside the rear of the shoulders etc.) If it's silver, cool - if it's grey plastic then spend a bit more time actually priming the model completely before paint.
Regarding the paint - it looks a bit sloppy, as I really just see a ton of wash applied liberally to the whole model. It's a bit jarring. I don't think it fits the Eldar style, but if it's a style decision you made then it's all good.
The silver parts could be done more neatly (you have silver paint that smeared onto the surrounds of the intakes on the shoulders, etc.). Also, the silver could use a wash or two carefully applied to darken the recesses.
Overall, it's a nice entry level tabletop paint job, but would really benefit on much more attention to detail and patience.

Thank you for the critique. I see what you mean about cleaning up the lines and filing the "clip" points. As for the weapon mounts they are silver and also all the joints are silver. I did the wash on purpose as it was how I was painting my whole Eldar army. I know most Eldar players go for bold box paintstyles, and while I like those real defined block colors I wanted something that was less blocky if that makes sense. I will work on filing off those "clip" points and cleaning up the lines for my next model. This was one of my favorite models to paint and I really would like another one to paint. I am currently waiting on picking up a Glottkin and I have a Corvus Blackstar to paint and will take this into consideration when painting it
