Grandrapids Michigan

I recently started painting, and I've done three ultramarines and a squad of Cadians, and I decided to try my hand at some nids and orkz!

I've got the full deathstorm set, an ironclad dreadnought, a tax squad and 9 more termagants to paint... Although I continue to suppress the urge to buy more.

C&C welcome and appreciated, basing suggestions as well as I have little experience in that respect. Thanks! [img]

Looking good for first attempts. Miles better than my first models over a decade ago.

Only a few tips.

1. If you create a gallery make sure your pictures are oriented correctly.

2. Always thin your paints.

3. Keep your palette simple when you first start out. In the initial enthusiasm it can be easy to go overboard.

4. If in doubt, paint the base coat. Use a wash. Then highlight it. It is the perfect balance between speed and quality.

Otherwise. Keep it up!
