Does anyone have any ideas on what are the easiest/cheapest/fastest ways to convert guardsmen with laspistols/ccw?  I was thinking I might be able to find something non-gw at a hobby store.  Note this is for traitors so it doesn't have to be pretty   Thanks

do you mean how to make one or how to get rid of the ccw/l-pistol?
If you want to make one,any ww2 model of the same scale could work i guess just by converting a little plasticard here and there to armor him up and make his weapons.
To lose the weapon on one,just saw it off.

Sorry about that -- what I meant was buy a box of cadians or catachans and arm them with laspistol/ccw instead of lasguns.  In other words:  "Where can I get some freaking laspistols?!?"

there was a second edition sprue of close combat weapons with a las pistol, and autopistol and bolt pistol, a hand flamer, chainsword, power axe, power fist and power sword. You can still get it from US mail order.

Void has some weapon and acessory packs, as does hasslefree.

You can also trade, a catachan or cadian player may have tons of spares.

You could use the stub and auto pistols as laspistols as well as the two that the set comes with. This would give a cool patchwork feel to your renegades.

Thanks for the great responces   I love that sprue with all the pistols on it, it's also available from the Canadian store.  I think I'll get some necromunda guys and combine them with all different stuff to make some kick *donkey*traitors.  Regards
