Hey Dakka, today, after checking out the leaked rules for Blood Angels and seeing that they may finally be good again (hail Sanguinius!) I've started a project to convert a Blood Angels army out of Stormcast and marine pieces. While it's not too original I thought I'd try it out as it looks amazing, imo, and they work nicely beside the new Primaris minis as they're a similar scale and not little baby Marines in comparison.
I just put a couple together and I'm pretty happy with the result so far. I'll be having a go at painting them this afternoon

Nice stuff, Stormcast do make great Primaris counts as when converted up.
I'd hold back converting any more though because we don't know what units Primaris can field. I mean can Primaris even be given Boltguns? or will they all have to have Boltrifles now? Will there be 'regular' Primaris assult marines? or will there just be those silly new models.

I mean if you want to convert them because they look kick ass, then that's a fair point. But its always safer to wait until gw announce what units you can field.

I'm fielding them as normal marines to field with Primaris, as I like the Primaris minis just as much. It just means my normal marines don't look like babies next to the big Primaris dudes.
