Subject: Faux's Bridgeburners - an AdMech (and them some) blog
IAdeptus Mechanicus has always been my favorite faction in the 40k universe. Aesthetically, I just loved their creepy cyborg look. The stories about them I enjoyed immensely. And when I read their codexes, I knew I had to start an army with them. Bought a bunch of models, put them all together, played them for a while. And it just fit for me. The Omnissiah was clearly smiling down on me, it was like a match made in heaven.
And so, without further ado, I present... the Bridgeburners.
So I've started a new tradition for my army not too long ago. Whenever a model ends up performing above and beyond, does something completely ridiculous thanks to the Dice Gods, and/or is just a bada in general, they earn themselves a name. If a model earns a name, I'll post a picture of them and their "heroic" deeds.
I went through my AdMech yesterday to see what all I had. Forgot that I had a small box full of models hiding under my bed that I haven't used in forever. So right now, the total count is:
I'm also restarting a Space Marine army, I MIGHT build a Guard infantry company later on in the year, and I have a few unopened boxes of Harlequins sitting under my bed (future project coming much much later). I'll post pictures of my Marines later on.
But for now, more Bridgeburners. Let me know what you guys think!
