I never could understand why there has never been a plasma cannon heavy weapon team so I made my own (still need to add the crew) the rules for it would be pretty simple, it's just the points for a HW team plus the points for a plasma cannon and it would follow all the rules for HW teams and plasma cannons. I'd obviously ask my opponent's permission to use it though.
