They're all conversions. From left to right you've got (I think): a Flagellant, no idea, Tempestus Scion, Warrior Acolyte & Chaos Cultist

Center is conversion based on the scion hq guy in the jacket
heavy flamer guy on the right is a chaos cultist dude
back right is a inquisitorial acoylte (?) should be still available from gW
not sure about the other two to the left.

OP, where's the photo from?
It's from this months WD, page 93 in Maxime Corbeil's BT army.
They're converted from a number of parts (sometimes too many to easily identify). The central guy is based on the Scion officer with braziers from the corpse cart and the head is from the corpse in the Stonehorn kit. Far right is a chaos cultist with a new head, second from right is a witch hunter acolyte with the gibbet from the giant kit with added flames. Far left is based on the Flagellant from the empire command set from FW. Second from left I can't identify, he looks similar to an old witch hunter model, but I strongly suspect he's from FW too.

That'll be why I couldn't find him on the FW site when I was doing my own sleuthing.
