I commented on your last post too. Still love this blue. Still think you could benefit from some washing. You mentioned you weren't sure where to wash, and you posted an excellent picture for giving examples.

In the close up of Arjac, the twisting pattern on the bottom of Urlic's red cape could really benefit from a wash to bring those patterns out. Or on his horn, the bone segments should get some brown wash on the edges to blend them into the metal. On Arjac himself, where the gold design above his head meets the blue armor, a little dark blue wash will blend those perfectly and clean up that line.
