Looking for this model, or what kit(s) I need to make him. Any information would be super helpful.

Hi? you need Space Marine Commander(weapons,backpack) and Sanguinary Guard (torso, head,legs)

The head, legs and chest are actually from the Blood Angels tactical squad kit. The head from that kit actually has the vampire teeth, whereas the sanguinary guard kit doesn't. Plus the sanguinary guard legs are all jumping rather than flat on the ground.

It's not, it's on a piece of gun casing.
